Tiba² si Ah Poh datang bawak ayam panggang dalam loyang besi... spoil je kan
Ehem, abaikan kelorga peghak makan kambeng guna sudu roti, kah kah kah

used a grill pan or oven? slooooww cooking in low heat i.e. oven can ensure a bit of tenderness. otherwise, use a meat tenderiser in the marinade, then grill to your preference. look syummy anyway, so what's a bit of chewiness!!! :D :D :D
